I think that pro sports should just go away. It's a career path for people with no other appreciable skills, and the large percent that don't make it end up selling Tupperware out of their RV and talking about the old days

Look at how many minor league teams there are for baseball - And those guys make dirt. My grandma used to rent out rooms to them cheap after all her kids moved out. They all had real jobs at the grocery store or something between games...

The point would be to use resources and manpower to slowly fix this. Borders can remain with the knowing they will slowly be brought down. Take a 3rd world area rich in resources. Dump funds into it and make it self sustainable with the capability of excess. Begin educating the youth there. When the town is pumping out food and resources build the next. It would spread like covid. You would have a global self sustainable society. War is only fought over resources. Religion etc were just masks to hide the actual intention. Resources are getting pretty scarce and wasted abundantly right now. Pollution is unprecedented. Something needs to happen. Not saying I got it right but we need to begin looking in another direction on how we live as a species and not as a label.

The point is. EVERY scientific theory about the future - however educated - is a theory. Science is not a consensus, facts matter.

Yes. OUR problem is American. We pay taxes to make America better. Not some third world shithole. And America still has problems, so you fix your own shit and make it run smooth before worrying about any other country. Look at the economy for the USA compared to the rest of the world. With all the deregulation and fair trade deals, and reduction in foreign spending, we could start getting out of the national debt we are in.

• By keeping the illegals out of the country we can put more AMERICANS to work.
• By not rewarding companies for moving their manufacturing to foreign countries (tariffs, lower corporate taxes here than there)
• By making these companies see profit in investing in America.
• The left says the illegals are doing jobs Americans don't want to do... Not for less than fucking minimum wage with no benefits they don't! Why aren't they prosecuting companies for using illegals as basically slave labor and making them hire Americans for a fair wage?

I'm in my 20s and I've seen the local environment around me destroyed in just my few years. I've seen the amount of waste and use of plastics etc just from myself in that short time. Every minute a garbage truck of plastic is dumped in the ocean. They are overfished already. Will the world end tomorrow? Most likely not. That's not the point. I agree with Elons view of collapse but the reason for it should be obvious. The idea is to prevent this.
