The fact that I had nothing to return the favor set the schedule. I am going to be dropping a small assortment of beans for the chuck, mostly the Greenway stuff. I am only really stoked to run the Dirty Taxi I make, the Chem91 cross and the Flashback68 cross. Second shelf is the Sour Puss, Blue Jack City that I have smoked, then a few others just because I can. But I'm not getting stupid with it.

I'll be dropping one of almost everything from Greenway though. I have a few still in baby stage that will play into this plan.

Dropping one of everything I want to catch pollen. Then I'm dropping one of everything I haven't smoked yet (that's not already sprouted or flipped). So I'll be dropping two of several flavors with one being to flip for smoke after the pollen has cleared.

The compromise instead of me sending him another pipe or a bong or something I bought three packs of stuff I didn't have yet ;) At least he'll get cash out of it.

I have stuff in bold just dividing by 6 to make it easier. I started the plan today with the oldder stuff I don't know about germination, and the two Chem91 because the last one I dropped was a dud. The G13G and NL are old CLG fems. They may all pop. I'll pick one to add to the pollination just because they are classics.

After the 8 CLHP, if none pop I'll add another 6 to the 7/1 drop. The nine that I am dropping two beans of are ones I haven't smoked yet. I'll keep those in veg while the pollen flies then flip them as soon as stuff's cleaned up.

7/5(ish) I'll drop the regs, more CLHP if needed, and any from the 7/1 drop that didn't crack and I need for pollen catching. If it's a second that doesn't pop I can deal with that later.

I don't plan on letting anything get too big. The few I want a lot of seeds from i'll just clone the mom then put her in to catch pollen. I'll be letting the three Taxi, the Chem91 andd the FB86 veg until then, with some clone snipping somewhere in the mix. The rest I just want to be able to send Andy back a selection of regs to play with.

I know it's not strain specific, because I lost both a brand new FB68 and a 5yo Oilspill to ??? Anyway, not fucking around with mutants now.

I flipped the Chem-n-koffee so this is what's left in the veg tent. I will be up-potting most of the littles this morning. That Blue Nose Pitt in the middle is finally looking normal instead of miniature. The tall and short re-veg clones from the Hollyweed are just gonna sit in the shade for a while. It's getting to the point that I need to trim stuff back, which means cloning. Knowing how both my Chem91 and the three Taxi flower I can shorten them to shrubs and the stretch will take care of the rest. This might be when I just stick them in aloe then moist castings and see what happens. I want one of the Taxi to catch pollen along with the 91, the Headbanger clone that I only have one of, an one of the three FB68 v1 clones. Only three more of those seeds so I want to get a clone in the chuck instead of dropping a bean.

The flipped ones got stuck in here.

The MacFish hits 11 weeks Sunday, so I think 12 or 13 weeks.
IMG_0414.JPG
I'm gonna have a lot of Taxi. But it make the little to medium nugs instead of beasts so I'll wait on the weight to see. It's gonna be anough that I may not keep a mom. I'm gonna have a ton of beans to drop. he three oldder ones are 8 weeks today and one is closer than the others. I think 9-10 weeks tops. closer to 9. The middle one that was the only top that took is making a nice skinny tree.
IMG_0420.JPG
I have room for one more in here if I move the marigold. The two Corey's are in the front, and one was too dry and the roots got mangled and the ball fell apart. I got it right into the new soil and watered it well, and I can't tell that it was the one on the right that got mangled. The Hollyweed x TKM10 middle left looks pretty sparse but the nugs are plumping up. very skinny hairs and lots of 'em.

I finally got off my ass and tumbled some 'intermediate' soil where I mixed some new bag soil. Coast of Maine Bar Harbor Blend has a good mix of organic amendments and compost and helps thin out my amended soil. I mixed 50/50 in the mixer and got it homogenous. Then I started potting stuff. The BNP went from a 3" Bonnie cup to a 1g. 6 seedlings and 3 clones went to 1/2g. The Headbanger clone is still unknown smoke, but I'm gonna add that clone to the chuck with one of the little FB68. There's three of those now so I have a mom, a chucker and a flower-er. I have one of each version of the FB68 just potted and was going to chuck them. The V1 is getting cloned before anything. The V2 I can buy all I want so I'll drop another for the chuck. Both these are gonna flip after the pollen is cleaned up.
IMG_0451.JPG
I put the newer Taxi that haven't filled out yet on the edges for better airflow.
IMG_0446.JPG
The DT#2 top is crazy. After it hits maturity the nodes ofset, but only on opposing sides back and forth. It's flat. The fan leaves are only pointing two directions.
IMG_0448.JPG
And the others. That's the second version of the FB68 with the jurassic fan leaves.

Just an odd thing I thought about. The Chemdog is the best I've got right now. The T-star just got jarred so that may jump right in the rotation. But my opinion on the quaity of this oddball '91 has to be tempered with the fact that it's the best I have on hand. I have 7 strains that I am smoking on besides the dog and all are great. I have a tub of 'mids' to me that my kids and their friends will be more than happy with.

The Bombthreat x HP13 is still garlicky but the high is middlin' at best. I just didn't get a lot and the taste is good.

Sour Puss smells like a fizzy lemon lime drink and has a high that will definitely do if I had no '91. Tastes floral and citrus and has a silly head high.

The Trinity x OG is solid, but it lacks a little punch (compared to the T-star) with the OG instead of the Stardawg on the back end. Joint weed.

The taller of the CLHP x CSR (that nannered early but I snipped that branch off) is right there with the Trinity x OG in high but there's almost no smell. It's nice, but there's no CLHP chicken soup smells or chem smells. Just nice.

The Headline is almost the one I love. It has cured out dank instead of astringent, but misses that umami by a bit.

Muttzarella did what it was supposed to. It made the tasty cheese potent. It's on the lower end of my high end in the buzz department - but that's graded on a sharp curve.

The Blue Jack City and Muttzarella are interchangeable for high and rankness. It is super blue cheese at first, but then it smells like blueberries and lemons.

The T-star larf I tried is piney and stoney. The taste is pine, but it smells - like good weed should smell? It's super fresh and spicy and kind of burns the nose. Maybe peppery? But it's not a particular spice-rack herb smell.

All in all I have good stuff to compare the dog to but the Sour Puss is the only one that I rate as "bowl-only". I need the other chemdog, or the taxi or FB68 or another "count the last nugs" strain to make the call on whether late nanners are worth it. It has a little more energetic high than the plain '91, but that same overall good feeling applies. I have the big one that will hit 8 weeks 7/10, and the more recent flip is about a month behind. At least I know to put it on nanner-watch and they'll be on the very tops.

Only the Chem '91 made it from that last drop, none of the old beans made it. It's like they use the only energy they had to crack the shell. I'm gonna try the rest of the CLHP in a paper towel and wait to see tails. The signature block shows what I already have going from 6/9 that just got stuck in 1/2g pots. They were there for me to smoke but since I don't want to veg them until after I clean up pollen most are being replaced by new beans and the older plants will catch pollen.

I'll be adding plants already going to the chuck, so even though I wasn't planning to have the UK Cheese x T-1000/Old Family Purple in the tent, she'll probably catch pollen.

The big drop is all with new beans so that will help my mood. I removed a few of the ones I haven't grown yet from that Greenway hoard.
The FB v2 and Ricky are because I want to smoke them but need to use the existing one to breed. The headline and muttzarella I still have smoke.
The rest are one each, and the ones I smoked already are because I want more.

I'll also have one or two of the Dirty Taxi clones to get mucho seeds, one of the FB68 V1 clones and the Chem 91 will likely have the mom clone in there with the new seedling hanging back with her clones to make another mom.

I'm looking at all this to drop beans tomorrow, but also because I need to clone. I'll be cloning the 3 Taxi and the Dog with purpose and in the cubes like I have been doing. I also add a drop of clonex gel to the cube where I am sticking the stem, and I hit it with dry rooting hormone right after I make the final cut. I want to mix up some castings and soil to just stick the MacFish clones in after sticking them in aloe for a bit. Nothing storebought. I'll still have the more manageable mom with enough left to take more clones if I need to.

I lost the first Dirty Taxi to nanners. the #1 that was finishing before the rest was also in a hurry to breed. Not a lot of them but on more than one top. That was the seed plant. I have two of the clones in different stages of flower plus the mom. I know it's not the one I want catching pollen, but if the clones flower out fine that's smoke. If I get into the cloning tonight I may pot and flip the #1 mom. I have two left that are also on the clock but look to go another week.
IMG_0470.JPG
I lost three of the Chem-n-koffee but the other two are showing and I'll know tomorrow or the next day. Likely girls. The MacFish also went away. 11 weeks. She was just starting to get some lighter green spots like either nanners or another round of pistils was popping. Plenty of amber but also plenty of milky and clear. Full spectrum.
IMG_0471.JPG
Very knobby. 11 weeks and still healthy to the tips.
IMG_0475.JPG
The 4x4 has nothing close. I did get my first seeds from the marigolds. I don't think they would do much planted as a cover crop because they take a while, but if I had a small tray of them I started every month I could stick a few almost flowering ones in each pot. I have an assortment of colors growing now on my light rack, but all just got pots to grow in the tents like this one. IMG_0468.JPG

random wake-n-bake stuff. Not cloning yet. The two Taxi are not gonna last too long and if another one nanners I'll have my mom selected. As mentioned the clones may be fine, but it's heavy on the ChemD so the nanners may just be a thing for more plants than not.

I'm gonna fill two pots for the Corey's Crush then see how much ammended soil is left. I have the two chops from yesterday and the two remaining Taxi for the next round of amending. The culled plants I just tip the shiny new rice hulls off into a container then dump the soil back with the amended/ready to use stuff.

I also have the bush beans to deal with. A few of these are really putting on beans and more flowers. Some are just vegging and climbing. I'll be culling a few rather than putting them outside - beans are cheap and this is my good indoor soil.
IMG_0479.JPG
I have the MacFish hanging so I'll know in a week if it's even in the ballpark of a mom I want to keep. I know I don't want to breed with it so it'll veg. I put some tomato cage halves aroud her to make her less shrubby. The reason I am collecting soil is I am likely putting two full-size Taxi moms in flower - no cloning needed. I'll clone the keeper and those clones should take by the time I am ready to flip the chuck plants. I can have a big-ass extra Taxi in the chuck, or a mess of clones. The '91 in the middle is staying nice and tidy and not mad stretching like the others.
IMG_0481.JPG

I'll have to use the bean tent or the veg tent to flip the reg plants for the chuck andd them keep the males in that tent after I iddentify them until I want to stuff things back in for the orgy. It's in a bedroom on the other end of the house from the flower room and I can vent it through a filter then outside to keep the pollen from being too dangerous.

Most stuff will still be in veg though so it'll all just get a shower after it's done. If I have anything still flowering it'll be far enough along that pollen wouldn't effect it.

Depending on how this chuck goes the T-Star is likely my next mom hunt or chuck. And the T-star is still available if needed.

The Trinity x OG is powereful smoke, but not overpowering. The T-star is "you ain't driving anywhere for a bit" weed. That stardawg makes a huge difference over the OG as a partner.

I need to count beans but I might want to drop a few and just cull any boys so the girl to catch pollen. I think I have a full pack and an open one and for my purposes a pack should be perfect for a seed increase.

I only have 7 Dirty Taxi. I only need one male but I'd rather have a few. I have 5 T-star plus a pack but looking at space requirements I'll leave that cross for a T-star chuck. I'd rather have more for an open pollination and I can toss some Taxi in that mix. I think this will be a big timing check to see what it really looks like. Might be the last I do. I need to think about room, but I also need to keep them healthy for 5-6 weeks after pollination and I don't want to go too far outside what I know works.

Whole bottom row of the signature block got dropped tonight. For luck I am dropping the Taxi regs on the new moon. I plan to keep everything in the 1/2g pots until just before flip and might flip at 2-3 weeks if they look good so I can keep stuff in smaller pots at least until the pollen flies. Letting each pot get a little rootbound before the next pot will add in a lot of time. I consider it rootbound if I need to water every day. So if I take each one through a few days or a week of that I could easily go from the little cells, to the 9oz cups, to 1/2g, to 1g and have that get me there. The only way I fit all these plants in a single tent for the chuck is if they are still in one gallons.

Looking at 21 plants and fitting 25 in the 3.5' x 3.5' tent works.

After that I can spread everything out and put it in 5g pots. If I have enough males for at least two in a tent I can divide them between two tents to pollinate. I need to count how many cloth pots I have.

I am not sure how long after flip until a dude is ready to dump pollen for one thing, but I'm pretty sure I want to keep the males stationary and move the girls to them when it's time.

I guess the thing is that I am not looking for tons of beans so I can flip way early. I'll have more plants of the ones I want more beans of. I'll also be removing the males after, so once Identified they may get a little larger pot until it's done, but won't need the final 5g.

Any advice would be welcome.

How many beans you trying to make amigo? A couple sheets of foil/paper plate and a paint brush/cotton swab on a middle branch will yield you dozens of seeds each. You can top your bowls with the hash from shucking beans on the rest of the seedless herb.

From my experience week two of flower is a good time to pollinate. I also hit em again a few days later and observe any brown (pollinated?) pistles.

The Dirty Taxi #1 was he one that the top clone took, but it was slow and lost the top. #3 was the one that the top didn't root at all. Both of those have nannered out of the comp. #3 tonight with a few on the underside of a nug. easy to spot though. Plenty of amber on this one, but the new growth has lots of white pistils and new trichs too.

Anyway, #2 looks to pass the 9-week mark with no tropical fruits. It is also the one that made the beautiful top clone that is now a skinny spruce tree in mid flower.

I have the three clones that were all similar lower limbs going that will help see if the nanners are persistent. If the flower time shortens over the seed plants that would make nannering at week 9 perfect 🤪

I turned the lights in that tent down from 80% to 60% to see how the ones mid-flower act, and maybe keep the #2 from a fruit basket.

If you have a light you can set up for the boys outside of a tent you can work with them without dusting everything then, chop and dunk in a 5 gal bucket full of water when you're done.

Oh no, I'm planning to veg just enough to get them all going then flip. I'll keep the boys separate so I can make sure there's no wierdo pervert dudes, but then I'm putting the girl plants in the tent and shaking the hell out of the boys.

I know lights out and no fan for a day or so to make sure it the pollen stays viable.
