What is the date you have to declare your final entry w/photo in final pot?

The 1 gallon pot that's being used should have some minimal verification. Like taking a picture with the pot next to a gallon water bottle. There were definitely sizing discrepancies in the 2 liter contest of yore.

The only gray area left is the light timing.
