Have you ever tried using a furminator hair brush on those shepherd's?

Not directed at me, but yes I have a furminator and used it twice a year on my shepherd to really remove that undercoat. If in a hot/sunny area; have to be careful to not remove too much hair so they get sunburn.

I think that furminator would take a lot of that hair off of those dogs. Years ago i had a pug and i would get a pile of hair taller than the dog using that furminator.

Yeah, it would help a lot. Does a good job of getting rid of those matted/clumped areas.

yes I have one I don't use it much I pluck out chunks by hand
mostly then brush and brush

yeah that's why I don't use it on the big one sophie next to couch big bitch I just brush mostly the other ones hair is so fine I have that glove with the rubber spikes that works very well
PITA but I love them they are my kids
and I don't call it hair I call it doggy glitter.....lol

I love goats. They are my first priority at petting zoos and islands with roaming herds. Later, when we move to “our forever home” they will be one of my first purchases for my hobby farm.

My grandma was walking her dog down the sidewalk one day and someone's German shepherd was loose, and killed her dog right in front of her. Pretty fucked up...

German shepherds just got loose from my friends neighbors house came over and killed his little dog just a few monthes ago.
