Just curious why you are forced to go from 24/0 to outside?
I can't (don't) sit plants out here before the second week of June due to frost/freeze concerns....so I veg them hard for 6 weeks and then plop them out so they ((freak) start to figure things out just about the same time the Solstice hits.....and are starting to bllom Mid-July....finished by end of Septmeber...again././for frosrt/freezr chances/Summer ending snow storms/etc. I've done the 15 hour days but for me it just takes longer for the veg and there's no real advantage I could see to doing so here.

For me a reveg can screw the pooch because the added time just sets things back and then you are flirting with "Fall" and the chance they won;t finish at all. Same with long flowering cultivars over 70 days here...risky. 55 is more of a sure thing.

I see ur point now cause ur weather n how and when plants finish by u.
By me ive had them out in april to start veggn outdoors and they flip to flower to flower end of july -1st week of august. If its a fast finisher (8 week) itl b usually right at beginning of October. And a 10 week finisher wood b around Halloween. But usually November brings winter and all hasta b done b4 then. Thats why i like the indicas besides they will knock a horse over is fast finishers. 8-10 week strains for me. And with all the veg i can do u can create sum monsters.
Thx✌

If you have the time a couple weeks before you transfer outside you can start acclimating them by setting them outside for a short period of time and increasing in each day then when you plant them their good to go.

I've always wondered how people got the plants out of a remote location when it's time for the chop. Seems like it could get messy.
I walked up a crick where the water went up to my knees in certain parts about a mile. After putting out 30 plants a while back. It was a mission. Plants were big so I could only carry a couple at a time over my shoulder like a beast. I wheeelbarrowed about 8 -10 bales of promox and a bunch of compost to the location down the creek also. Was my best year but I don’t think I’ll do that again. No tracks cause I walked through the creek the entire way.

Back in the day my buddy would start all of his outdoor plants in 2 liter pop bottles. He'd cut about 2/3rds off the top....and save it. He'd then plant in the bottom....let em grow 8 inches or so.....then he'd tape the top back on the container.....toss ' em in his backpack...and he was off... RIP Chuck.

I’m used to starting from clone. If starting seeds and planning to have them in the ground outside June 1st. What day should I start my seeds??
How big do you want them ? You could start now. Match the amount of light that will be outside during june 1st as long as it's 14 or more hours. Consider how long the season will be before flower is initiated to have an idea of total veg time. Not experienced with outdo but that's my input.

I was thinking I wanted them about a foot tall when putting them out but maybe I should just get em as big as I can I’m limited on space for a veg room
