A section for book reviews and discussion?

I'm a reader. It might be nice to have a section on books so people can see which are good ones and get recommendations. And which ones to pass on.

Man we can just make our own. Toke n talk would be a good place. Start a thread. I'll join in. I'm a voracious reader.

Damn I used to love reading. Then my eyes went bad and my ears suck so I hate listening to tapes. I had over 500 signed first editions from some of the best fiction authors around. Mostly scary and sci fi stuff but also guys like Grisham and Clancy

I just heard the siren and saw the red light! Big Brother doesn't want you to read that book.

Along these same lines I just finished "We" by Yevgeny Zamyatin. It inspired "1984" and "Brave New World" and was quite good. A little depressing though. As you might expect.

Just started reading "The Problem of Political Authority" by Michael Huemer.

Reading it more for understanding how he presents his views, than for gaining a new perspective. Won't know until I finish the book, but I think we are already in agreement.
