Any tips for measuring out MC w/o a scale? Like one teaspoon is such and such weight or something along those lines.

I understand and respect your desire for precision.. personally I’m just a madman and I get away with murder in promix with a decent amount of goings ons down there in the roots with the bat guano and mykreorazapan or however the f@ck you spell that impossible word. not even sure my ph needs to be close honestly

Ahaha I must be too then. I'm running soil now with my hydro. Not a fan. Switching fully back to hydro with all the new seedlings. Hydro I need everything to be perfect or risk a nice tip burn or lockout. Ph in soil is love mc and an both pH set to 6.3 nicely. I put mine into foodsaver bags and Vacuum sealed it, about 2 kilos per bag. And I've got about 2 kilos in a recycled plastic fertilizer container with a tight fitting lid similar to a small ice cream container for regular daily use.
I find the bud explosion don't mix to well. I'm still working on a big original bag of mega crop. Works well. Cant comment on what available today though. Will be awhile yet before I have to buy another bag...being a soil grower and beefing up soil I don't have to use much ferts...maybe 2 weeks out of a grow.
I don't see why not as a bloom booster. I finally mixed a stock solution of the MC and i am pretty happy how it is working. When you are weighing just a couple of grams i always wondered if i was getting a good mixture of everything that is in there. My first attempt worked out well. I used a 16 0z gatorade bottle and put about 2" of mega crop and the rest was RO water. You have to give it a quick shake and that mixture worked out to 100 ppm's per ml. Even if you are off just record how many ppm's per ml your mix is and adjust accordingly. Just thought it was a little easier to work with like that.
Glad you posted this, I was thinking about doing exactly this same thing except I had a 20 oz Gatorade bottle.

I’ve got my other nutes in 12oz Bottles. Someone should invent some sort of bottle or container that works better.
Plus i forgot to mention the gatorade bottles do not leak when you shake vigorously. Something GH can't produce with any bottle containers they sell.
I put mine in these mini milk bottles I bought from a crafts store. It’s so much easier to see how much your drawing into the pipette and they don’t leak like the containers they come in when shaken.
Superthrive haven't used that in a while. Not sure if the following story was indeed factual but i had a vietnam vet tell me that the military bought a shit load of that product and was aerial spraying in the area where napalm damage was present. He said the areas would green up pretty quick. The inventor won something with it at the worlds fair a long time ago.
I will keep a eye peeled for any mold. I have it stored in the dark and fairly dry area.
I just found it at Canadian Tire on the weekend for $15.
