Yea to me its usually you have too much nutes but apparently it can be just something is out of whack according to that list.So basically, if your ph is constantly dropping, something is out of whack
I just checked ec is 1570.Yea to me its usually you have too much nutes but apparently it can be just something is out of whack according to that list.
I don't think I've experienced overfeed in hydro yet. Set a new res fill at 850 and epi was at 780 to try and steer the system up. 5.9 ph on both. Next day res is 2 gal lower and ppm 840. Epi dropped to 740. No drift on ph. Figured plants were taking in nutes like crazy so let's push it. Raised epi itself to 900ppm. Next day res 820 ppm, epi 820 ppm 6.0 ph. Let it ride. Next day res 800 ppm 6.1 ph , epi 780 5.9 ph. No leaf tip burn. Res decreases by 2gal every day. Wtf??Weird, only time mine usually drops is if I overfeed them and the ppm raises.
I had that same deal pens was not accurate well the cheap ones I also use gh ph drops and works fineI'm in Hydro. I've had the cheap pens and they tend to lose calibration quickly. I'm using GH PH test drops now. Easy to use and accurate enough. I usually start at 6.4 and let it drift to 5.8.
You found the sweet spot and those ladies are loving it! Good jobI don't think I've experienced overfeed in hydro yet. I think it was back then but now in late flower it's being finicky and wants real low ppm, like 300s. Ph keeps dropping too though so maybe it can go a bit higherYou found the sweet spot and those ladies are loving it! Good job
my ph raises in veg and lowers in flower. I just set my autodoser to 5.8 and let it ride. if I run over 380 on ppm I get tip burn . 350 to 375 is the sweet spot for my rdwc system.I think it was back then but now in late flower it's being finicky and wants real low ppm, like 300s. this just seams to be the norm for my system after 8 grows.my ph raises in veg and lowers in flower. I just set my autodoser to 5.8 and let it ride. if I run over 380 on ppm I get tip burn . 350 to 375 is the sweet spot for my rdwc system.
Maybe all systems are different, regardless of system type? I've read varying things, but generally the ppm numbers that people are mentioning are lower than other systems. I think H mentioned that he runs 600 in veg and 800 in flower.this just seams to be the norm for my system after 8 grows.
got it on sale for around $150.00 Milwaukee mc122, works great. only one doser but mine either goes up or down not both at one time.Maybe all systems are different, regardless of system type? The auto doser sounds cool, I would love to do that some day.

Nutes, lolYes only pH, I change my nuts out every 10 to 12 days
Im trying to find that sweet spot too. Just lowered my ppm to 365, it was way too high beforemy ph raises in veg and lowers in flower. I just set my autodoser to 5.8 and let it ride. if I run over 380 on ppm I get tip burn . 350 to 375 is the sweet spot for my rdwc system.
How high did you hit in veg-early flower?Im trying to find that sweet spot too. Just lowered my ppm to 365, it was way too high before
Around 700 or 800 I think. I had a different ppm meter tho but it broke. It used a different scale. So probably more like 500 or 600How high did you hit in veg-early flower?
