Ok I actually remembered to come back and post a couple pics! I've been loving this usb microscope, did not know what I was missing, lol. It's a fun toy, and super easy to take pics. I used to take pics through a loupe, if you've done that before well....you know how bad that sucks.

I am on my 3rd USB microscope now. They are getting better & sure are a lot of fun.
Since they are CMOS sensor based like a video camera we are dealing with pixel dimensions instead of magnification, the best cheap one I have found so far is a 720p. I keep my eyes out for a 1080P or 4k someday.
The other factor I found was the stand, I really prefer going straight up & down as opposed to the ones that just bend.

I haven't seen one like that. I was talking to this dude on IG, chronicles of bhodley. He was telling me about a $300 unit that he was pretty impressed with. Can't remember what it's called, all I was thinking was.... great another way to spend more money, lol. I'll probably buy a nice one in the future.
