And no one died back then.

Its all the chemically produced food we've been fed for years not knowing any better. Everyone seems to have food allergies that weren't around back in the day. The Purell generation with the helicopter parents and no drinking from the garden hose or playing in dirt is the other factor.

Yes im aware that these are tester beans but it still never makes u feel better to trash a plant uve got close to 2 months of time in..
I new this b4 i took the tester beans, so dont take this as me bitching and moaning... Just to inform others...

Ive been growing indoors the past 7 years and close to 25 years outside, but this my 4th plant ive ever seen thats a legit herm/dud..
And the times it has happened, it has been only on the "FEM" beans that had done it..

Never on regs so far ...🤔

Healthy af plant, no light leaks, no chemical/salt/nute burnt tips on leaves,
Vegged 18/6 for 4 n half weeks,Flowered 12/12,
Was mature when flipped...?
Dont think it was human error,
Just the way it goes these days , i guess....

Not bitching, just letting everyone no to keep your eyes peeled just in case you might have the same fate....

Growing from regs you still have to pull the males out so that point is kinda like either way you have to cull plants. If the mother used in a reg cross is herm prone than reg offspring can still be herm. I personally would never grow weed from seed . I would run them small and fast, grab keepers and run them back as clones and than you will never have seeded bud.

question to the growers that like the bean stalk plants? like just one branch with not many side branches reaching to the top? i want to share something ive learned that works amazing. to get level plants. but dont want to seem like an asshole or like im calling out ppls grows or style?
i like to shoot for 8 main branches. and its pretty easy to do. pm me if you would like to know and grow some bushier level plants?


this is not a post about the above member, but for the community itself! i see it alot in this comp and just want to help,

I totally agree with you, for the most part I top all of my plants.
I believe topped plants will always yield more!

I take no offense to your post.....I couldn't grow a bean stalk plant if my life depended on it!!
Though I do use little mini step stools....

tbh i do also but only one time. but alot of growers dont like to top. this info still works on untopped plants.

Dazed and confused
I finished up my Texas toasted and getting ready to start over fresh, got all new coco and all that. I have 4 more platinum I can pop, my next run was all set to be all h's new creations. I have max ac, gg4 auto and apple fritter auto to run as well. I may throw a few stragglers in but I think that's the route I'll take
