Got my soil ready for this go round!

Is MBP a malted barley thing? Looks like it'shealthy for sure.

I just got done sifting root clumps out of harvested pots prior to reamending. I have a tub that size of just indoor compost stuff including all the root-wads.

I have another tote that size of sifted soil
and six little 7g totes
and four 5g buckets
and oh, my back LOL

After I get it amended and back in the tubs I like to sprinkle in some bokashi and then add a thin mulch layer of rice hulls. With the lid on I think it keeps the biology happy. I check them fairly regularly just to make sure they aren't dried out. I think the work we don't have to do during the grow happens in the tubs LOL

Yep......I like to add about 2 cups per cu ft.
Grind it up in a blender till its powder, just another amendment!
When I lived in OR I would get it from the beer brewing store.

Not much for change yet 3 wks for the older girls, topped em Wed.
The four late planted ICP/CD are about a week and a half behind and.....liking their new digs.
Got 2 of the Bubba/xmas tree that might make it.


Down to 3 finalist for a slot in the tent with the comp seeds!


If I don't get a female from the bubba/xmas tree, gotta hope for 3 from the ICP/CD!

That is a unique trait. I wonder why and cinderella 99 crossed with a african congo sativa would have that. It looks like the bottom right cindy tried to throw a duck foot but only made a two leaf. Good luck.

Age wise these plants are all over the place....which is new to me.
Trying to pay more attention to the light levels since I have 3.5 wk old to seedlings.


I feel the lux meter is all that I need to see the different levels, and keep things within their healthy range!
Really been shooting from the hip on knowing light levels prior to getting an instrument.

Gonna flip on the 1st so that'll give me almost 6 wks veg on the oldest ones, about 4.5 on the mid range ICP/CD
and 3.5 wks on the comp plants and the Bubba/79 xmas.

Gonna give the young ones a couple more days,then into the 2 gal bags.

Your plants are looking really good there slow! I have the same lux meter and I know math isn't a personal favorite but if you ever want to convert your obtained values to par just multiply them by.017.

Got my 10 day comp plants up potted, gonna get flipped in 2 wks... no need for the bags!
Put em in .5 gal containers for now.....man they got a ways to catch up!
Don't think I'll top em...


The 2 Bubba/79 xmas tree are looking way far behind.
If things don't pickup with em, can only hope for 3 females from the 6 ICP/CD....


4 wks tomorrow on the biggest ones.
So with 5 fems and 8 regs, gambling on getting my final 8....can I get a 50% show??

Decided to start my 12/12 cycle yesterday.
Wanted to wait a bit longer for the comp plants to get a little bigger.

But my real focus is on my larger plants, the Slymers need to be up potted sooner than later.
Don't have room for bigger pots at the moment, just waiting for the regs to show and get my 8 picked out now!

Getting close to culling time, really don't want to waste a spot on a weak sauce runty plant.
I've had more than my fair share of runts in my grows.

The ICP/CD from @BBW are looking prolific and healthy.
If I get 3 females thinking of axing the bubba x?
But also don't want to pass on trying something special!
If it is?

Never smoked or tried 79 Christmas tree but all these sound good. Not sure that helps at all but ya haha.

I have grown out Katsu's Glubba(P98 Bubba X GG4 aka Dracarys) and It was pretty damn good. I'd say it's worth a look as long as you think the plant is squared away.

Shits coming down quick....
Last night looked over the regs kinda quickly, the 2 ICP/CD on the left were just starting to show sacs.


Got up this morning and this is what I have at the moment....


All of the younger plants are still kinda young to start showing!
BR is confirmed female, RF hasn't showed balls yet so hoping to get another ICP/CD female.

Got my other 3000, 3400 atreums up and combined with the 4000s.


Raised the lights to 24" and have the 4000s running at 120 watts and the others balanced out at 140.

Broke out my lux meter and checked levels......

Right at the top of the little ones, about 6" lower than the slymer plants.

Gotta hope I get a female from the 2 Bubba/X ??

I love the randomness of dropping regs. You drop twice as many as you have room for. Sometimes you get more ladies than you can handle and sometimes you get a sausagefest. But those just mean you get to drop more beans!

I dropped 6 Nigerian Ducksfoot from Hoku hoping to get 3 girls, and have one with the ducksfoot mutation. He said there was a 25%-30% chance to get the duck. I got 5 girls and all 5 had the 3-toed ducksfoot leaves. I only grew out two of them - they were 14-week plants.

I started with 4 RB's, just flipped the 26th, I already culled a boy and set aside a girl for up-pot. If I don't get another girl I'll be surprised.
