I'm craving fish now. Some of the best fish I've eaten was Halibut an Army buddy stationed at Ft Lewis caught.

Been a few years since I've been Halibut fishing.
Made me think of my best Halibut meal ever.
Had just caught a small 25lber earlier that day.
Cooked up a chunk on an alder plank smothered in homemade salsa.

Cucumber, avocado, tomato, kimchi and pickled herring chopped salad. Topped with three eggs I collected this morning.

Thanks. It's got 3 burner propane on the left, a griddle for the left to replace one of the racks and the right side is for charcoal. Worked great as a smoker.
