Has anyone asked these guys if they want to be a mod or have the time?
All I ask is to be fair and not heavy handed. Seen but not noticed is the best approach.

If they dont it will probably go to the next in line. They were tagged in the post also so im sure if they didnt they might have said no. Not sure

I think Heisen should be a mod. He's paying for the site and if he wants to take it in a certain direction then it's up to him.
At work you have a point system for disciplinary reasons. After 10 points your given a warning, 13 points final warning and 15 your fired by HR. After this happens you get the choice to go before the review board which is compromised of 12 ordinary people throughout the plant. You put your case before them on those points you got and HR is their to plead theirs.
Of course if you did something egregious then you do not have the opportunity to even go before the board. But it's mostly like small stuff that's added up into points and attendance, being late etc
Those points can go backwards after 3 months of you not being late etc. 3 points per every 3 months.
The owners would have to decide what is the unforgivable sin to commit to be kicked off immediately. I'd say it would something horrible like child porn, being a snitch on someone, scamming etc.
