I noticed this girl is a little spottier than the others too

That is just the older growth changing from green to woody. If you are ever taking clones, older growth like this is tougher to root. So, good pick of things to look for when cloning LOL

I don't think the two are related. It almost looks like that is growing sideways instead of 'fell over' but it might be different plants.

I usually prune those first few shoots early because they rarely get the height to reach good light and just get in the way like that.

Lol it definitely fell over those pics are all the same plant but I think you’re right. No need to even keep the ones that low, thank you

The small bumps on the trunk are called adventitious roots.
