After messing with a lot of stuff, I mainly use a set of these for dry-sift. Best investment was the 220m work screen, but I also have the 69-96-120 set, and others, pic below. These are only about 7" across, so they are just for grading the bulk already sifted keif.
I use an regular wide grid (1/8") screen first. I had these for another project and they fit on a 5 gallon bucket, but also over a big stainless bowl I have.

Once it fits through the wide grid it's cool for getting the goodies. The 220 work screen is like the bubble-bag version. But you could find a regular kitchen sifter to do the same thing, get out most of the big bits.
It lets lots of leafy bits through, but everything is separated nicely. From there the big batch of leafy-keif goes throuth a 120m screen in bulk (trim bin) and I just set a little wal-mart $4.99 back massager in the middle and let it go. I scrape stuff around with a card and you can see when it's mostly green up top.

Everything through the 120 screen is white/amber. From there I'll put it in the top of this contraption and hold the massager on the side.

If I am just doing the trim from a plant or two, I use the little set for everything after the leaves crumble through the 1/8" screen.
I still toss all theleftovers in the freezer to run through a bubble hash run.
