What do I look at for harvest?

Sounds like a noob question, but I've actually run into a conundrum. I am fairly new at growing, but I have not seen this yet

If you want to see the grow, my journal is in the link below. But here's my question:

Is it a trait of certain plants to amber on the leaves completely before the rest of the bud looks even close to done?

The plant is healthy, environment fairly stable but with a few "nights" in the low 60's in the grow in the last week.

In my experience, yes... I have had lots of amber on my sugar leaves even at just week 4 or 5

Yea trichs on the actual flowers are how i try to judge, i peep em through an old broken riflescope lens and i aim for 90 cloudy 10 amber, but its definitely a preference thing, if im wanting sleepy time stuff ill let it go till its mostly amber, but 90 10 is about my norm, and the more you look at em the more youll notice the changes, also check multiple tops in different spots they dont all ripen at the exact same time
