Sea of green or 1 light per plant

Hi guys after some advice.. setting up a grow room at a mates place and want to know opinions on which method will produce more yield, it's a 3x3 m room and he has 4 600w HP's lights,he wants to do a sea of green setup yet i believe 1 light per plant will produce more yield ..

In the long run the SOG will definitely out yield the few plant method unless you have another space to veg big girls out in preparation.

That said, I’d probably compromise on a happy medium, maybe 1-2G pots and 4-9 plants per light. Could get a taste of both world too if you wanted with a room that size and the option to move lights separately.

3x3 meter room! Lol, had me going for a minute with the 4 600s in a 3x3, heheheee

You can get the same from both as long as you size your pots right and veg the plants for the right amount of time. Less plants per run just require more time in veg to get larger yields. The whole point of SOG is to reduce the amount of time in veg to get quicker turnaround between runs.
