First off, this is my first plant to make it successfully to this stage. I flipped to harvest a week ago. It was still very bushy. Last night I did some pretty aggressive lollipoping. My question is should I take out more big fleaves?
Next time make sure you leave a lot more "nub" when you top your plants. You're going to need to support those top two limbs or it's going to split down the middle once those limbs put on weight.
You also don't need to strip them that high. I just remove anything small branches that will never make it to the top and small bud sites deep down.
Not really, every time you chop off a branch it takes away from the plant. I think it just slows em down. I personally just top the plant at whatever node count I want and than keep those nodes to grow as tops. All.that training takes weeks to do when u can just veg the plant straight up and flower it.
