Doesn't look too far, might be the train or just the intensity. Looks more like you need a few more rather than a new position.

Ur good. Whats the wattage. Are they at 100% whats the temp like?

Did you have a fan on those? Those stalks (stems) look very thin to me as well as stretchy. May help to strengthen them if you add a good fan or two.

If you got a spare 40$ maybe consider grabbing a cheap lux meter off amazon and it will totally help you dial in your lights spacing.
