Hanging a carbon filter

I personally would not hang anything heavier than a feather from any water pipe. They are not structural and if they fail can create MEGA damage depending on the location.

I don't think it would have caused any issues, my shit is built solid as fuck and that filter ain't heavy, but like I said, I went another route. Thanks everyone for the replies!
