Thanks for satisfying my idle curiosity. I can't imagine the trunk on a 5-10 year old treeMost do after a certain point. Some growers keep the same moms for years (5+) while others cycle them out after a few runs. Moms from seed are typically kept longer. It’s all grower dependent and situational it seems.
The wonderful land of Lincoln.. Isnt it just great.. Had no clue u was from Illinois. Im on the southern end and nice 2 meet u. Gotta love these dealers here.. Lol
Dam dude you too? All this time i thought u was a cali guy.. Lol. No shit...? Man i gotta pm u .. Thought i was the lone wolf in this fuckd up arm pit of country... Lol.Not to far from me then.

Check her root structure out. Fills up the 4 gal square bucket totally. Had to wrestle around trying to get out of it since she was wrapped around the bulk head fittings.

Yes, in a HB you tube video Heisen shows his older moms from which he shows the plants are on the floor single row under Qb boards. He stated in another video a perpetual moms example as well of a strain.Do you guys occasionally replace the mother and pick one of the clones to be the new mom?
Cool - I figured it was something like that. If I was doing it myself I would watch all the videos, but I ain't there yetYes, in a HB you tube video Heisen shows his older moms from which he shows the plants are on the floor single row under Qb boards. He takes like 10 cuts then moves the mom into flower.
I don't think anyone has grown out the Valley Chem yet. There are a few Stars out there should be close or done., but impossible to compare currently.Anyone know how similar the valley chem and the Topanga stars are ? Heard the stars are much better , any input would be greatly appreciated
Great I will be the first. The genetics are very similar and can't wait to see the dif between the twoI don't think anyone has grown out the Valley Chem yet. There are a few Stars out there should be close or done., but impossible to compare currently.
I typically replace moms after several runs, just don't have the space I used too, I had one for many years back in the day but no one wanted plain ol skunk anymore lolDo you guys occasionally replace the mother and pick one of the clones to be the new mom?
Cool video. Id like to see what these plants will look like in flower.Spread all the girls out real good with my hands before this was shot so that you can see the tight nodes from these 4000k qb288s and the sick fucking mess of lateral branching that L$T creates. Also did some defoliating of tiny lower growth. GPS Purple Chem are on the right...
I'll be flipping em around 3 weeks from now, maybe 4 depending on height and width. Should be donkey dicks everywhere from the looks of it and gonna definitely need trellis but it'll be fun.Cool video. Id like to see what these plants will look like in flower.
You are not cloning now? Pretty easy, just have to work it into your current methods. It's an additional step that saves you time in the end.Cool - I figured it was something like that. If I was doing it myself I would watch all the videos, but I ain't there yet
I noticed that, I got BZ clones all over the place.Bridezilla mom about to give clones... She clones very easy... Sog is in order...
ECSD like day 56ish. Nugs are harder than a teenager on prom night. There prolly 3 zips there if they fatten a little more. Smells awesome. Topped #2 and put the top in the cloner.
Full disclosure...I had to remove 4-5 nuts on the lowers........2 weeks into Flower.......set your alarm.....well worth the effort. It was topped and cropped.
Excuse the glow..
