Here in CO you'd have to be licensed as an Off Premise Grow facility or have a dispensary license to be able to have a count large enough to call yourself a "breeder". Most folks who have such counts aren't making seeds though. They are rampin out flower for retail sale and making BANK. Any individual who wants to breed/have higher counts just has to take their chances./..like in ANY OTHER STATE...cus while we are legal here for 6 each....anything above that falls back on the old laws that cover overrrages above and beyond the legal threshold...and those law DID NOT change. Still a Felony here to grow big numbers....though they will likely not involve the FED as they did in the old days. It's case by case, for sure....depending on how many ASSETS you have they can seize...LOL.

So just be aware of that before you move. Here you are stepping on THE STATE'S toes if you grow over the limit and they just don't like that one bit.... Even some licensed/dispensaries have gone down for growing over their limit and for making bank outside the legal system.

I adhere to the 12 plant limit (2 adults in the house). I moved here so I wouldn't go to jail so no reason to risk it. 12 is plenty for me with a full time job, wife + 2 kids

My county...in their infinite wisdom....basically screwed the pooch a bit by setting a 12 plant limit per residence...then they made any overrage a CODE violation.....not a true crime. They want your $1000 for goin over...not to pay for a trial/etc. Now we have "Code Enforcement Officers" who deal with it BEFORE they call the Sherrif...if, that is.....someone doesn't wanna cooperate/etc. or is flying huge and in their face. Dunno if they make you cut em and fine your per plant or what... but all it takes is a complaint to have em on your property...NO WARRANT needed. My neighbor called/turned me in for my buddy staying in his RV all Summer when there's..>supposedly< a 2 week limit....but i really think he was trying to get em here for my garden.....but that didn't work cus the wind liiked me that day and while they were here..i/they never got a whiff...then they left....cus they really didn't care or do shit about the RV etc...they just had to come and see because there was a complaint...LOL.

I tip my hat to H and the other guys who just let ir rip and do what they do. that's how i rolled for decades here...over 100 p;lants per run....cus fuck me..if yer going down...you need LOTS OF LAWYER money and them bitches ain't cheap (I had one on retainer during my entire commercial grow experience...just in case).

As long as I don't go over double the limit here it's a $100 civil infraction. Limit is 12, so I view the limit as 24 lol.

You can burn all of your plant material when it’s dry. it makes for awesome kindle for the fire once it’s dried out. I just keep a big Rubbermaid of it and can burn through 8 plants worth in an hour or less if I wanted to.

Sadly I have nowhere to burn and the neighborhood Nazis claim to call authorities if I light up the burn barrel

Just because the OBS. Not sure if it's the same clementine heis is using I imagine so but the orange pheno I got tasted and smelt ridic. This one I couldn't put a finger on the nose till I cleaned my toilet. Straight scrubbing bubbles. Taste like grapes and pineapple though?

With me id probably be federal if they caught me going full tilt id have almost 200 plants outside and close to 100 inside counting clones in the cloning machine. If i run 2 cloners for outside plants that would be 72 more.

If they counted various stems laying around id prob have over a 1000 lol i try to burn em all but you will see them laying around here and their.

Good too know. I actually use my skinnier branches as natural pipe cleaners . Gonna have to stop that. Had the thought but damn are they handy..

I loved in the Carolinas for awhile and wouldn't dare grow. I love Mary Jane shes my main thing but the treat cannabis like its crack. Some places are just a little behind. First place I met people who couldn't read.
