Ok...if you only use 14g (2 sachets) of gelatin to 1 pack of jello they will mold !
So 21 grams of gelatin (3 packs)
1 pack jello
1/2 cup water (would last longer) or 1/2 cup fruit juice (tastes better but eat them fast).
1/2 tsp lethicin if you did not add it to the infused cococut oil during creation.
1/4 cup infused cocount oil.
A whisk, a silicone spatula and a non stick saucepan or frying pan make it easier.
Have molds ready. If you have none use ice cube trays. or put in a brownie dish and cut them after they set.
Spray the molds lightly with non stick spray. They will pop right out.
Put oil in pan, mix in lethicin and get it to mix well (Whisk or spatula it)
When that is done add the juice and bring to a boil.
Stir in 1 pack of gelatin at a time (or about a third). Then add the jello.
Stir and boil for 3 to 4 minutes.
Get your dropper or spoon ready and start filling the molds.
You can put it back on low heat to keep it fluid.
1 hour or so they are set up. Let them dry out on a plate for a day or 2, the moisture is a problem. Keep them in the fridge or freezer.
Grape, Raspberry and Cherry taste the best so far. Lime is ok but a bit weedy.
They all taste better than what i made a year ago. A LOT better. And its really simple.
