They are just starting to spool it back up. I wouldn't expect it to be ready until this weekend at the earliest. They need to get all the items listed, get payment stuff in place, and make sure everything is working properly. H literally decided to go forward with this like a day ago.

Yeah I was in a dmned if I do and don't situation, don't give him the clones and him not pay me my money. Send him the clones, kiss his ass , possibly get my money he owes me but it would be days, weeks possibly and he would still tell me to fuck myself. You're a lawyer??? Are you familar with law regarding cannabis? Familiar with Florida law? Are you well versed in enforcing contracts that contain crimes?
Was either party holding a Medical Marijuana Treatment Center License? If not then there is nothing to lawyer on is there? About the last thing you would want to do is make a stink about things that involve your own criminal behavior.

He's a California lawyer. I know him personally. And the contracts aren't all in regards to cannabis.
Most of the contract shit comes out of Colorado. The business, is in Colorado. He has another business in Florida that he uses to do shady shit with his business in Colorado, Pat, his main business licenses for cannabis are still in Colorado. He had his wife take over everything in her name to keep him protected. He doesn't care who he fucks over.
Non-Competes and ndas protecting knowledge and secrets in regards to cannabis are different than cannabis license legal problems.
It's important is that green point seeds can't do anything to Heisen. I believe that's the point that he was trying to make. Green point seeds is a fucking joke. And Anthony Gualdi is a fucking idiot. He's a nobody. A con man. And a piece of fucking shit. Fuck him and anybody who wants to be his friend.

Believe what you want. I'm here to grow and to give a little bit of advice here and there concerning Colorado businesses. Not Florida. If you knew enough about how the business is structured you would know that Florida doesn't have anything to do with shit. That's what he makes it look like on the outside but in reality it's not.

I bought a ton of gear in the last year I'm curious what everyone is popping? I was inspired to run my own dubstep and I'm super happy. They grew really big dense buds I had trouble keeping one growing into the light. I'm just sampling it now and I can say it's really nice, a head and body stone that's vert satisfying. I'm planning my next run now and im.loaded for bear in the h department regardless of the label.
