Thanks amigo, I eat the kale and zucchini almost everyday for my first meal and the chicken wraps about three times a week. I've been going down the fermented food rabbit hole slowly and just finished a jar of hot sauce I made (it was decent). The plan is to make garden fresh kimchi and hot sauce this summer.

Steamed kale, sauteed crimini mushrooms, onions, yellow squash, leftover grilled chicken, avocado, homemade kimchi, and topped with two homegrown eggs layed yesterday.

I eat this almost every day for one of my meals. The eggs get added every other day and the chicken was added because I just spent two hours moving snow.
