My 2 comp plants are the first to get new soil. I feel like I stunted them a bit by waiting.
If I could've up potted a week ago they would've been far more robust.

Really deep contrast when the fans first pop. I stared at these for a while after I pruned those two leaves away. Like those magic eye pictures where you stare at them right and you can see the image

I got hyper-lazy over the past few weeks, but these babies pulled through! Going on 3 days on a regular water schedule now and they're already looking better. They're still a bit pale though, but that should be gone in the next few days.

Cut them to a smaller than usual size, to save space, and not have excess soil used, for the small plants they're going to be

I break up the root/ soil so it's really loose and free.

This grow I had so little roots in the 1 gallon containers that 6 of them fell apart when I removed them from the pots.
When I have good healthy roots in a 1 gallon I often make 4 vertical cuts along the sides and cut or untangle the roots at the base of the pot. They usually show no negative reaction from it or at most droop for a day.
