im a cob guy myself...i no a few members here are using quantum boards and a few other members are using hps/cmh. all of us have great results with those. it really depends what your situation is and what your trying to spend.
If your in a tent or working with limited height I’d go led. If your in more of a commercial setting I’d go gavitas (hps)

For cobs I’d check out optic. U can always build the same light for cheaper but me I’m no electrician so the extra money is worth it.
Same can be said for quantum boards. I’d look at hlg for prebuilt boards. If your more of a diy kinda grower there are many members here that can point you in the right direction. @Big Perm @TerpyTyrone
